The location is marvellous and impressive, 15 minutes' walk to Volosko. And it's nestled in an amazing building just off Opatija and the coastal promenade, shores, and the private beach. The rooms are neat with the stunning view, so that guests have essentials.

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel on the coast of Croatia and it was a pleasant experience. The location was ideal, with stunning views of the bay. The room was beautifully designed, with furniture from Prostoria, and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and clean. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with many options to choose from. the hotel had great facilities and provided a memorable experience.

The lack of reservation policy for the lounge chairs at the pool area. It was frustrating to wake up early just to secure a chair.

The beds here are so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! Each room comes with a mini fridge, a cozy sitting area, and a work desk - perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The room decorations are on point, adding a nice touch to the whole vibe. And let's not forget about the fantastic location, it's just perfect! 🌟

The hotel is located in a beautiful building close to a venue-restaurant, a peaceful bay, and Volosko. Rooms are silent and tidy, offering views of the sea along with climate control and a balcony facing the sea.

The location is fantastic, nestled in a small valley close to Opatija and situated on a cliff overlooking the Adriatic. The rooms have a beautiful view to the seaside, with wide windows that showcase the breathtaking view. The staff provides impeccable service, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. One highlight is the breakfast, which offers a variety of options to cater to different tastes.

i had a perfect experience here, everything was fine, the location was absolutely perfect just next door to everything, especially the staff, opatija, istria and centre. my rooms were a nice size with the stunning view.

The breakfast was large and delicious. The staff was very friendly. The location was beautiful, within easy walking distance of Volosko. The hotel is convenient as it is just next door to the town center, Opatija, and Rijeka.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. The only negative aspect I encountered during my stay at this hotel was the relatively high prices at the restaurant. While the quality of the food was exceptional, the bill seemed steep for the offered dishes.

The complementary champagne and chocolates were a nice touch for our romantic escape. The stunning ocean view from the balcony was definitely the best aspect of our stay. The hotel’s proximity to the beach and the charming town center were also great.

Sadly, the spa area was overcrowded and we couldn't enjoy the small pool or any of the facilities properly.

Everything was nice, so were exceptional views directly on the sea. There were central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television in my a twin room, greatly enjoyed it. The location seemed amazing right by the sea. Broiler bar Kavana Marijana located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

Nothing to improve, everything was perfect.

Location was great with a free shuttle bus to nearby town. The restaurant was very good with excellent service. , the hospitality of the staff was lovely. I enjoyed the spa although small, but it had everything I needed to relax.

Water was not free, not even in the 5-star hotel. The small beach was difficult to access through the parking lot, and the sunbathing terrace had limited space when the hotel was full, which made me feel like my personal space was being invaded.

Heated outside pool, modern design, superb bed and pillow, stylish and inspiring interior, amazing view.
